How do I confirm my order?

How do I track my Order?

As soon as one of the courier companies dispatches your order from their warehouse, you will receive a tracking number on your SMS Mobile number provided. Alternatively, you can also call us on 0328-2495125 or via info@denomo.pk for an update, and we will be happy to help you.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

What’s the delivery time?

Our delivery time is 3 Working days across Pakistan. Please expect an additional delay due to any extreme weather conditions.

We at denomo accept multiple payment options during checkout, such as Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.

How do I exchange?

If you don’t like the product, receive the wrong or damaged product, please call us on 0328-2495125 or via info@denomo.pk for an update, and we will be happy to help you.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can exchange it within 5 days by sending it back to our head office and selecting a new product. Similary, denomo may facilitate a reverse pickup depending on your city.
If you’d like a refund, please ship the products back to our office and we will refund a 100% of your payment once the products at received at our doorstep within 7 working days.
